RESEÑA (1era parte ... )
Mi interés por las artes se remonta a la epoca de mi escuela primaria, donde las manualidades era la clase màs divertida y màs dificultosa, concursos de dibujo en el encartado "el meridianito" y el inicio gracias a la obra "El Principito" de una dedicada y larga trayectoria actoral. Fuè asi como distinguì en mi un goze por la estetica y la sensibilidad de mi ser. Disfrutar el dìa, la luz, las sombras, la pintura. Recrearme en la vida de vida de maestros celebres. Una adolecensia en busqueda de sentido musical. Del entendimiento de mi soledad a través de la compañia. Durante mi residencia en el Reino Unido desarrolle mi idependencia, visite unos pocos museos de Europa y aprecie con mis sentidos aquellos ambientes clásicos decorados de cuadros famosos. A mi regreso a Venezuela me encaminé en una busqueda más tradicional de la estabilidad, consiguiendo resultados exactmente opuestos. Fue esta epoca de desarrollar dotes de dibujante, basandome en visiones de perspectiva en ávidas escenas de acción. Una vez en Miami continué mi busqueda personal de la razòn. Una vez más en contacto con el despliege del modernismo Estadounidense y el habitual apogeo de Art'deco miamiero. Bajo la tutela de Antonio Flores, pintor muralista aprendí técnicas de pintura acrilíca. La cual continúo en desarrollando actualmente. De vuelta en mi pais aprendí a identificarme con lo propio, con nuestros abundantes colores y aromas, tratando de alejarme de la eterna distracciòn de las situaciones conflictivas. Buscar a Dios en los detalles. Una vez más la razón y la cordura, y el nuevo sentido al arte. Hoy en día todo es igual, todo es diferente... la busqueda continúa a traves de aceptación de lo que se posee y no se posee. El talento, la experiencia, el conocimiento, lo externo y lo interno...La pintura clásica es mi favorita, me impresiona el realismo de Rubens, y los paisajes abiertos y grandes lienzos. El mejor Picasso, el màs intenso Van Gogh. Rechazó la sordides del espectaculo de Salvador Dalí y aprecio su pincel.El fin apenas comienza... En fin.

El Peregrino de Compostela
Ayer comence a hablar con mi propio camino, o peregrinaje, muy interesante muy motivador, ver las realizaciones y las verdades de Dios en la tierra, ya sea a travès del libro o en mi propia vida, es increible!!!... y que interesante volver a recordar ese afan y esa emociòn por el conocimiento por la intelectualidad... por ejemplo:
por que se llama Roma la ciudad, o Romeros a aquellos que hacian el camino hasta la tumba de San Pedro "sanpietro" con ojas de romero, y aquellos que hacian el viaje hasta jerusalen con las palmas ya que con ellas saludo Jesùs a su entrada a Jerusales, y de ahì los Palmeros, y luego los Peregrinos... los que recorren el camino de Santiago, o Jacobo... en su nombre original.
O todas aquellas ordenes a las que tanto he olvidado la intenciòn de pertenecer, y esta ùltima que recien conocì... la Orden RAM (Regnum, Agnum, Mundi... o Rigor, Amor, Misericordia segùn Coelho)...

V-861 Scorpi
Descubierto por el satélite corpernico en 1978, el V-861 Scorpi es junto al “cygnus X1” los mayores candidatos a ser agujeros negros de nuestro universo.
Un agujero negro es como un sistema espiral de succiòn, que desaparece todo aquello que entra en su orbita, la razón de esto es que han sido en un pasado estrellas que hacia su fase final de vida y muerte, han sobrepasado las etapas de Enana Blanca (aquella estrella que se queda sin su energía) y Estrella de Neutrones (o “supernova” en donde la concentración de a energía al momento de su muerte sobrepasa el punto de contracción de la enana blanca y por lo tanto una vez en su núcleo estalla dejando toda una nebulosa de gas y dejando residuos de neutrones que colapsan en su interior formando la luz que conocemos), sin embargo si vamos aún más allá en la fuerza y potencia con la cuál la energía de una estrella se concentra antes de su desaparición, vemos el proceso de formación de un agujero negro, en los cuales la concentración de los átomos que daban lugar a la luz y energía de dicha estrella, se compactan tanto en un núcleo que tiende a tener una densidad y crear una gravedad infinita aún no entendida por la física, es este el caso donde la ex-estrella forma un punto que parece invisible o es totalmente oscuro y que si algún cometa pasase por su campo de orbita se vería atraída por esta gravedad a su interior, o en si en un espiral hacia entrar dentro de este estado de invisibilidad, he ahí lo por lo que se cree que estos agujeros negros constituyen portales a otros universos paralelos, o bien a otros puntos en el espacio y/o tiempo de nuestro universo. Nada de esto es muy distinto a esos sistemas de emociones o energías que nos consumen como seres humanos, esas sensaciones de depresión extrema, donde el circuito se cierra constantemente y estamos como dentro de nuestras propias ideas redundantes, con los horizontes cerrados, y en fin esos espirales en descenso, donde la desvalorización, y el ser se ven corrompidos y reducidos a su menos expresión…. Ideas concerning the origin and fate of the world date from the earliest known writings; however, for almost all of that time, there was no attempt to link such theories to the existence of a "Solar System", simply because it was not generally known that the Solar System, in the sense we now understand it, existed. The first step towards a theory of Solar System formation and evolution was the general acceptance of heliocentrism, the model which placed the Sun at the centre of the system and the Earth in orbit around it. This conception had been gestating for millennia but was only widely accepted by the end of the 17th century. The first recorded use of the term "Solar System" dates from 1704.[1]
The current standard theory for Solar System formation, the nebular hypothesis, has fallen into and out of favour since its formulation by Emanuel Swedenborg, Immanuel Kant, and Pierre-Simon Laplace in the 18th century. The most significant criticism of the hypothesis was its apparent inability to explain the Sun's relative lack of angular momentum when compared to the planets.[2] However, studies since the early 1980s of young stars have shown them to be surrounded by cool discs of dust and gas, exactly as the nebular hypothesis predicts, which has led to its re-acceptance.[3]
Understanding of how the Sun will evolve required an understanding of the source of its power. Arthur Stanley Eddington's confirmation of Albert Einstein's theory of relativity led to his realisation that the Sun's energy comes from nuclear fusion reactions in its core.[4] In 1935, Eddington went further and suggested that other elements might also form within stars.[5] Fred Hoyle elaborated on this premise by arguing that evolved stars called red giants created many elements heavier than hydrogen and helium in their cores. When a red giant finally casts off its outer layers, these elements would then be recycled to form other star systems.[5]

Hubble image of protoplanetary discs in the Orion nebula, a light-years-wide "stellar nursery" likely very similar to the primordial nebula from which our Sun formedThe nebular hypothesis maintains that the Solar System formed from the gravitational collapse of a fragment of a giant molecular cloud which was likely several light-years across.[6] Until the early 2000s, the conventional view was that the Sun formed in relative isolation, but studies of ancient meteorites reveal traces of short-lived isotopes like iron-60 which only form in exploding, short-lived stars. This indicates that a number of supernovae occurred near the Sun while it was forming. A shock wave from one of these supernovae may have triggered the formation of the Sun by creating regions of over-density within the cloud, causing these regions to collapse. Because only massive, short-lived stars produce supernovae, the Sun must have formed in a large star-forming region which produced massive stars, possibly similar to the Orion nebula.[7][8]
One of these regions of collapsing gas (known as the pre-solar nebula)[9] would form what became the Solar System. This region had a diameter of between 7000 and 20,000 astronomical units (AU)[6][10][11] and a mass just over that of the Sun. Its composition was about the same as that of the Sun today. Hydrogen and helium, which were produced by Big Bang nucleosynthesis, formed about 98% of the mass. The remaining 2% of the mass consisted of heavier elements that were created by nucleosynthesis in earlier generations of stars.[12] Late in the life of these stars, they ejected heavier elements into the interstellar medium.[13]
Conservation of angular momentum meant that the collapsing nebula spun faster. As the material within the nebula condensed, the atoms within it began to collide with increasing frequency, converting their kinetic energy into heat. The centre, where most of the mass collected, became increasingly hotter than the surrounding disc.[6] Over about 100,000 years,[14] the competing forces of gravity, gas pressure, magnetic fields, and rotation caused the contracting nebula to flatten into a spinning protoplanetary disc with a diameter of ~200 AU[6] and form a hot, dense protostar (a star in which hydrogen fusion has not yet begun) at the centre.[15]
At this point, the Sun is believed to have been a T Tauri star. Studies of T Tauri stars show that they are often accompanied by discs of pre-planetary matter with masses of 0.001–0.1 solar masses.[16] These discs extend to several hundred AU—the Hubble Space Telescope has observed protoplanetary discs of up to 1000 AU in diameter in star-forming regions such as the Orion Nebula[17]—and are rather cool, reaching only a thousand Kelvin at their hottest.[18] Within 50 million years, the temperature and pressure at the core of the Sun became so great that its hydrogen began to fuse, creating an internal source of energy which countered the force of gravitational contraction until hydrostatic equilibrium was achieved.[19] This marked the Sun's entry into the prime phase of its life, known as the main sequence. Main sequence stars are those which derive their energy from the fusion of hydrogen into helium in their cores. The Sun remains a main sequence star today.[20]

The various planets are thought to have formed from the solar nebula, the disc-shaped cloud of gas and dust left over from the Sun's formation.[21] The currently accepted method by which the planets formed is known as accretion, in which the planets began as dust grains in orbit around the central protostar. Through direct contact, these grains formed into clumps between one and ten kilometres (km) in diameter, which in turn collided to form larger bodies (planetesimals) of ~5 km in size. These gradually increased through further collisions, growing at the rate of centimetres per year over the course of the next few million years.[22]
The inner Solar System, the region of the Solar System inside 4 AU, was too warm for volatile molecules like water and methane to condense, so the planetesimals which formed there could only form from compounds with high melting points, such as metals (like iron, nickel, and aluminium) and rocky silicates. These rocky bodies would become the terrestrial planets (Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars). These compounds are quite rare in the universe, comprising only 0.6% of the mass of the nebula, so the terrestrial planets could not grow very large.[6] The terrestrial embryos grew to about 0.1 Earth masses and ceased accumulating matter about 100,000 years after the formation of the Sun; subsequent collisions and mergers between these planet-sized bodies allowed terrestrial planets to grow to their present sizes (see Terrestrial planets below).[23]
The Jovian planets (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune) formed further out, beyond the frost line, the point between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter where the Sun's rays are weak enough for volatile icy compounds to remain solid. The ices which formed the Jovian planets were more abundant than the metals and silicates which formed the terrestrial planets, allowing the Jovian planets to grow massive enough to capture hydrogen and helium, the lightest and most abundant elements.[6] Planetesimals beyond the frost line accumulated up to four Earth masses within about 3 million years.[23] Today, the four gas giants comprise just under 99% of all the mass orbiting the Sun.[24] Theorists believe it is no accident that Jupiter lies just beyond the frost line. Because the frost line accumulated large amounts of water via evaporation from infalling icy material, it created a region of lower pressure that increased the speed of orbiting dust particles and halted their motion toward the Sun. In effect, the frost line acted as a barrier that caused material to accumulate rapidly at ~5 AU from the Sun. This excess material coalesced into a large embryo of about 10 Earth masses, which then began to grow rapidly by swallowing hydrogen from the surrounding disc, reaching 150 Earth masses in only another 1000 years and finally topping out at 318 Earth masses. Saturn may owe its substantially lower mass simply to having formed a few million years after Jupiter, when there was less gas available to consume.[23]
T Tauri stars like the young Sun have far stronger stellar winds than more stable, older stars. Uranus and Neptune are believed to have formed after Jupiter and Saturn did, when the strong solar wind had blown away much of the disc material. As a result, the planets accumulated little hydrogen and helium—not more than 1 Earth mass each. Uranus and Neptune are sometimes referred to as failed cores.[25] The main problem with formation theories for these planets is the timescale of their formation. At the current locations it would have taken a hundred million years for their cores to accrete. This means that Uranus and Neptune probably formed closer to the Sun—near or even between Jupiter and Saturn—and later migrated outward (see Planetary migration below).[26][25] Motion in the planetesimal era was not all inward toward the Sun; the Stardust sample return from Comet Wild 2 has suggested that materials from the early formation of the Solar System migrated from the warmer inner Solar System to the region of the Kuiper belt.[27]
After between three and ten million years,[23] the young Sun's solar wind would have cleared away all the gas and dust in the protoplanetary disc, blowing it into interstellar space, thus ending the growth of the planets.[28][29]

These compounds are quite rare in the universe, comprising only 0.6% of the mass of the nebula, so the terrestrial planets could not grow very large.[6] The terrestrial embryos grew to about 0.1 Earth masses and ceased accumulating matter about 100,000 years after the formation of the Sun; subsequent collisions and mergers between these planet-sized bodies allowed terrestrial planets to grow to their present sizes (see Terrestrial planets below).[23]
The Jovian planets (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune) formed further out, beyond the frost line, the point between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter where the Sun's rays are weak enough for volatile icy compounds to remain solid. The ices which formed the Jovian planets were more abundant than the metals and silicates which formed the terrestrial planets, allowing the Jovian planets to grow massive enough to capture hydrogen and helium, the lightest and most abundant elements.[6] Planetesimals beyond the frost line accumulated up to four Earth masses within about 3 million years.[23] Today, the four gas giants comprise just under 99% of all the mass orbiting the Sun.[24] Theorists believe it is no accident that Jupiter lies just beyond the frost line. Because the frost line accumulated large amounts of water via evaporation from infalling icy material, it created a region of lower pressure that increased the speed of orbiting dust particles and halted their motion toward the Sun. In effect, the frost line acted as a barrier that caused material to accumulate rapidly at ~5 AU from the Sun. This excess material coalesced into a large embryo of about 10 Earth masses, which then began to grow rapidly by swallowing hydrogen from the surrounding disc, reaching 150 Earth masses in only another 1000 years and finally topping out at 318 Earth masses. Saturn may owe its substantially lower mass simply to having formed a few million years after Jupiter, when there was less gas available to consume.[23]
T Tauri stars like the young Sun have far stronger stellar winds than more stable, older stars. Uranus and Neptune are believed to have formed after Jupiter and Saturn did, when the strong solar wind had blown away much of the disc material. As a result, the planets accumulated little hydrogen and helium—not more than 1 Earth mass each. Uranus and Neptune are sometimes referred to as failed cores.[25] The main problem with formation theories for these planets is the timescale of their formation. At the current locations it would have taken a hundred million years for their cores to accrete. This means that Uranus and Neptune probably formed closer to the Sun—near or even between Jupiter and Saturn—and later migrated outward (see Planetary migration below).[26][25] Motion in the planetesimal era was not all inward toward the Sun; the Stardust sample return from Comet Wild 2 has suggested that materials from the early formation of the Solar System migrated from the warmer inner Solar System to the region of the Kuiper belt.[27]
After between three and ten million years,[23] the young Sun's solar wind would have cleared away all the gas and dust in the protoplanetary disc, blowing it into interstellar space, thus ending the growth of the planets.[28][29]

fluido a làgrimas
Me provoca llorar
Pero no puedo, no lo logro, no estoy seguro que es lo que siento, tengo un arrecheron gigante, por mi culpa? Que hice? Que no soy lo suficiente? Ladillo demasiado para que me quieran? Es eso ¿ soy yo? O eres tù? Quizà …
Mas que nada lo que tengo es miedo de perderte, no sabes lo importante que fuè para mi tenerte tan ahí tanto tiempo y gracias antes que nada gracias por tanto compartir, por mostrarte debil y por mostrarte fuerte, fuiste alguien q tome y pense que estarìa ahì como estuvo en esos momentos a mi lado, para oirte, para oirme para quejarnos, para discutir, para contarles mis emociones, mis temores, mis inseguridades, alguìen que me hizo sentir ser alguien por estar a tù lado, sentirme importante e importante para tì que era lo esencial… y justo eso es lo que no siento ahora. Ese es el dolor, el temor y el arrecheron. Se que lo has sentido a veces igual y esta vez me toco a mi. Mi error depender tanto de ti, acercarme tanto desde mi dependencia, desde mi inseguridad… ojalà llames hoy por favor, eso harìa una gran diferencia, pero ya siento que no lo haràs, que lo que deseas es alejarte … que miedo, que furìa, que dolor.
Si pudiera regresar, o si pudiera ser distinto a partir de hoy, si quien soy sin nada no te complace no te preocupes, tampoco valias la pena, pero si para tì asi como estoy sin carro ni trabajo ni posibilidades soy alguien que te acompaña para que tù seas lo mejor que puedes ser, entonces si tù eres eso para mi… por que yo no serlo para tì. En fin, no regresarìa nada, no cambiarìa nada, simplemente comenzarìa desde donde estoy parado, y abrirìa mis ojos a ver si eres una mujer. Y abrirìa mis ojos a ver que tipo de hombre he sido yo… y mientras escribo estoy y lo leo, veo un hombre debil, fuerte de sentimiento, con mucho sentimiento pero dèbil pues no sabe controlarlos.
QUE SIENTO? Me siento frustrado conmigo mismo pq no soy quien quiero ser, alguien que lo respetan, que lo quieren o que lo desean, alguien que te importa.
Mientras màs te demuestro que me importas màs me alejas?

NO PUEDO ESTAR TRISTE EN ESTOS MOMENTOS QUE NECESITO SE ME PEGUEN COSAS BUENAS

En fin, yo estoy no se hacerlo, y créeme q me costara más a mi que a ti, pero necesito centrarme, estoy agotando energías en vano, no estoy consiguiendo lo que quiero, así que los esfuerzos no son en esta dirección, necesito tiempo para conocerme asì y tener más carácter, necesitas tiempo y espacio pq aunque pensé que querías seguir conmigo a ver si empezábamos a llevarnos mejor, a crecer a madurar en relaciòn, veo que no. Axial que démonos el tiempo necesario, el espacio para que cada quien busque lo que desea.
Yo pensé que te deseaba a ti, pero he tratado de cambiarte de hacerte mas mía, y no lo logro. Si eres mi pareja lo serás más adelante, sino no hay nada perdido… todo fue ganancia a tú lado, y eso es lo que te agradezco. Te agradezco los conflictos pq aunque malos me hacían falta y me harán falta, por mi forma de ser, y para crecer. Pero no quedarme pegado en ellos, en algún momento tengo que superar estos conflictos y comenzar a concretar cosas, y sino quieres concretar nada para ti y para mi. Pues hagamos lo que tenemos que hacer cada quien.
En fin, me lo tomo con soda, pq valgo que jode, valgo mis ganas de tener una pareja y saberla tratar, valgo mi educación, valgo mi inteligencia, valgo lo atractivo que soy, lo bonito y puro de sentimientos, … lo que me esfuerzo por andar contigo, y lo que quiero más adelante para mi o nosotros (con quien sea).Dejalo fluir, es lo que me dicen, …

En fin, yo estoy no se hacerlo, y créeme q me costara más a mi que a ti, pero necesito centrarme, estoy agotando energías en vano, no estoy consiguiendo lo que quiero, así que los esfuerzos no son en esta dirección, necesito tiempo para conocerme asì y tener más carácter, necesitas tiempo y espacio pq aunque pensé que querías seguir conmigo a ver si empezábamos a llevarnos mejor, a crecer a madurar en relaciòn, veo que no. Axial que démonos el tiempo necesario, el espacio para que cada quien busque lo que desea.
Yo pensé que te deseaba a ti, pero he tratado de cambiarte de hacerte mas mía, y no lo logro. Si eres mi pareja lo serás más adelante, sino no hay nada perdido… todo fue ganancia a tú lado, y eso es lo que te agradezco. Te agradezco los conflictos pq aunque malos me hacían falta y me harán falta, por mi forma de ser, y para crecer. Pero no quedarme pegado en ellos, en algún momento tengo que superar estos conflictos y comenzar a concretar cosas, y sino quieres concretar nada para ti y para mi. Pues hagamos lo que tenemos que hacer cada quien.

Cuenta la historia que era hace una vez...
Un caballero de armadura dorada entrò en un reino encantado por una mala bruja, en este reino se habìa apoderado un malefico hechizo que impedìa que los habitantes del reino pudieran amarse o quererse, y asì todos vivian en sus casas apartados del resto, individualmente, tratando de subsistir aprovechandose a escondidas de lo que podìan, nadie daba la cara y nadie conocìa la felicidad. Solo la bruja mala aumentaba dìa a dìa sus poderes y sus caprichos sobre las penas y los dolores de las gentes, la envidìa que se tenìan...

Infelicidad
Infelicidad
Hoy en día tengo mi propia oficina, tengo una bella familia, tengo… ¿? Tengo una prisión y una responsabilidad… tengo, tuve más tuve menos?, tenía y tendré? ….. estoy confundido. Hay pensamientos que no me llevan sino en circulo, hay desánimos, hay muchas responsabilidades y creo que hay pocas, hay amigos y no me buscan, hay retos y los esquivo, hay diversión pero no me llena… hoy en día me hace mucha falta conseguir un rumbo y un centro, una motivación. Las posibilidades son ilimitadas dicen, uno puede comenzar a hacer lo que sea pero puede conseguirlo, depende de uno. Es entonces esto lo que llaman la rutina, el día al día? Pero no se supone que esto debería llenarme de vida, poder ver a Dios, a la serenidad, a la felicidad, a la emoción, a la pasión, al ideal, a la comunión,.. poder escribir de verdad. Poder comunicarme de verdad, y no estar solo en este camino, como lo hago? Como me desvié, como es que lo s.f., lo pienso y no lo siento. Que infelicidad, la rutina sin sentido, formar parte del rebaño, ir rió abajo en una corriente predeterminada….. porque la insatisfacción? Por querré más? Por querer ser más? Por no brillar? Por no agradecer quien se es y ver lo que se tiene? Por no llenar el vaso? Pues en una respuesta la insatisfacción esta en ser uno más, en no ser especial, en ser usado por el sistema, por la mujer, por la familia, en vivir para llenar ciertas expectativas y en el vivir haber perdido mis sueños y propias expectativas, mis esperanzas, mi credo y mi fe. Como recobro la alegría de vivir, como recobro el propio sentido a la existencia, como ser quien puedo y querría ser….. quiero ser… quien? Llevo interminables años en un consumo de lo superfluo, en conseguir gente que me enalte, en sumergirme en las historias ajenas, las películas, las noticias, la calle. Donde se perdió el contacto positivo? Donde dejo de ser un rayo de sol un motivo de satisfacción, cuando dejo de ser un alimento un agradecimiento del cuerpo, cuando dejo de ser un color una alegría, donde quedo la amistad sincera que te une a los seres humanos, que te apacigua y que no es responsabilidad, las fauna y flora un paraíso y no un animal, un ser humano especial todos……. Esto parece que fue cuando mis sentidos interpretaron tantas cosas del día al día, de las necesidades creadas por la sociedad, de la competencia por el dinero y la comodidad, de las dificultades, maldades e intencionalidad, del egocentrismo y del mío propio, la madurez una necesidad, y la juventud una rebeldía?????’ ….. sigo confundido. Y peor aún, cuando tratas de encontrar tú propio ideal, tú filosofía, puedes realmente vivirla enmarcada en esta realidad, en este tumultuoso caos, donde los choques carecen ya de sentido sino son meros tropezones. No hace mucho escribía un artículo sobre la “Perfección de la Vida” y hoy sobre lo vacío y sin sentido de la mía, esto no me muestra sino la relatividad del pensamiento, del momento, de las causas y de la emoción. La mente ha sido un gran obstáculo, mi interpretación de la historia personal y de los hechos no es acertada, como se sabe “mientras mejor estés adentro mejor veras las cosas afuera”… Y como mejoro por dentro? Haciendo lo que quiero? Haciendo lo que debo? Debo lo quiero? A quien debo? A quien quiero? Que quiero? Que debo? Por que la obligación?.. para sobrevivir nada más? Tu mismo determinas para que estas aquí, si para subsistir y sobrevivir, para vivir, para guiar, para morir, para alentar, para que más podría ser?... Que poca practicidad!!.. Y entonces por eso queda el nadar con la corriente y entablar los pies en la tierra (en esta podrida tierra, o eso lo digo por que lo veo desde mi interior) y acudir a la practicidad. Quien quiero llegar a ser y quien soy en este sistema? Entre esta corriente?
Que quiero entonces? Que quiero ahorita relativamente?... compartir esto, aprender, crecer hacia mi interior, y desde el brindarle la felicidad interna al interior de otros seres cercanos, …. No esto no es la practicidad. Ser práctico es conocer las necesidades básicas que debo satisfacer, mi libertad, el cuidado de mi cuerpo en busca de la salud y la perduración del templo, entonces mi alimento, y mi ocupación productiva que no permita al ocio apoderarse entonces de hacer todo relativo en mi mente. Como es que yo me siento bien? Observando mi creación y su utilidad entre la gente, siendo útil para algo que no sea para mis metas hedónicas. Entonces que me viene por delante dentro de este canal de la aceptación de la sociedad como mi regente, me viene el estar ahí para mi familia, me viene la continuidad en la especialización y el estudio- el postgrado, me viene la superración en el área laboral en gerenciar y supervisar,
Es entonces una insatisfacción ficticia, creada por mi propia mente para entender porque el sentimiento me lleva y me coordina. Vamos yo lo que quiero es ser reconocido por mi talento por mi superioridad por mi ser especial…. Y que sino hay tal cosa? Que si no soy sino uno más o si esa supuesta superioridad depende de las oportunidades, que sino logro plantearme esto únicamente y lograrlo, que si se que hay otra realidad (no mi realidad ahora) sino otra realidad y otra forma más humilde, digna?, espiritual y profunda de ver las cosas, de darle un sentido menos egoísta a la vida, de buscar el sacrifico y el esfuerzo como fuentes del alma-espíritu, de buscar un fondo espiritual, de ser agradecido y no inconforme, de dar y no buscar quitar – crear y producir, de solucionar y no enrollar - (lo que estoy haciendo ahorita, aunque a veces creo que podría seguir escribiendo infinitamente este debate interno, y ser mi propio filosofo, meditar concentrado en el sentido y la solución para darle ese sentido gratamente impuesto a la vida, entonces entiendes que la felicidad no esta en que consiga la respuesta sino en como vea las preguntas en el camino, en ser positivo o negativo sobre como escriba este articulo). Para romper con esa infelicidad del titulo entonces que hago?... recobrar una identidad perdida en mi interior, darle seguridad a ella, ver que quiere y planear como lograrlo, esforzarme es ese sentido y aceptar las vicisitudes, las dificultades, los retos, el crecer, el madurar? (como no hacer esto obligado, o como ver sus ventajas, o aceptar lo irremediable de esta naturaleza de tomar responsabilidades). Cuanta confusión en las palabras, en los motivos. Tanta inseguridad y miedo en los resultados, tanto ir más allá y proyectarme, porque el pesimismo… y quizás lo que soy es sincero porque el pesimismo surge de saber la profundidad de mi misión, de la consecuencia de los actos que realizo, de verme esforzándome poco para conseguir el positivismo, el resolver y el liderizar – al menos mi propia vida.
Que bello es cuando alguien te acepta tal cual eres? Que hermoso cuando alguien te más que acepta – le gustas, te admira o te quiere-desea… pero y que tal de cuando alguien te quiere no por quien eres – podrías ser, sino por quien has sido y eres con el/ella. Cuanto más valor posee esto. Y que de la acumulación material y no espiritual, que de la emoción y su retroalimentación al éxito y a lo no material. Quiero la comodidad, el éxito, la ovación, quiero un carro, viajar y conocer, expandir mis creencias o definir felizmente varias de ellas. Quiero lucir ropa nueva, conocer nuevas personas que me traigan simplicidad ante estas preguntas, quiero subir una montaña, quiero nadar en el mar, una tabla de surf nueva, y llamar la atención, quiero unos lentes de sol, quiero tener amor propio, quiero tener amor por lo demás, quiero influir en mi crecimiento y el de los demás, quiero buscar la felicidad sin perderme en el intento. Quiero crear, resolver, dar. Quiero hacer las cosas con ganas!. Quiero agradecer la vida que tengo, la que he tenido y la que tendré.
Bueno a trabajar… para mi o para alguien más? Todo vuelve a su relatividad, a los ojos de la mente con que desee verlo. Y porque esta ansia por la perfección, la felicidad absoluta, la emancipación… porque me creo capaz de obtener esto tan pronto en la vida. Aceptación amigo, aceptación de que la vida es en su calidad, es racionada, es poco a poco, es en el camino del esfuerzo por los demás, en elevar mi moral… el camino es más difícil, pero los que saben, saben las glorías de las batallas, el éxito en sortear el camino de obstáculos, en arriesgarse a conseguir la hermosa flor en la pared del precipicio, en buscar la estrella más alta donde la caída es a mayor altura, en que lo bueno es lo difícil. Vamos no hay más razones para seguir creando dudas, nada se resuelve en un momento ni en mi propia cabeza, ninguna revelación viene de gratis, el crecimiento es doloroso. No te mientas Alfredo la respuesta no la tienes tú ahora, esta en tì dicen, debe ser verdad. Y no hay una única respuesta. No hay una sola cosa, son varias.
Pq me enrollo tanto??? Por que no estoy satisfecho conmigo supongo… por costumbre a ser así?. Igual Gracias a Dios por que me vaya tan bien, gracias a quien lee esto, gracias a quien se identifica y a quien no, gracias a los que me rodean y a los que me han rodeado y a quienes rodean a los que me rodean.

Vamos no hay más razones para seguir creando dudas, nada se resuelve en un momento ni en mi propia cabeza, ninguna revelación viene de gratis, el crecimiento es doloroso. Venezuelan Tax Authority Initiates Transfer Pricing Review

Venezuela’s National Tax Administration Services (SENIAT) recently began transfer
pricing audits of several multinational corporations, resulting in sanctions for those that
failed to comply with transfer pricing documentation requirements. The audits, part of
SENIAT’s "Zero Tax Evasion" policy, resulted in fines and suspension of operations for
48 hours for violators.
Transfer pricing provisions in Venezuela’s Income Tax Law (ITL) require taxpayers to
submit an annual statement -- Form PT-99 -- listing controlled transactions carried out
with foreign related entities to document the arm’s length nature of foreign relatedparty
operations under valuation methods specified in 2001´s Venezuelan Income Tax
Law. The obligation to submit Form PT-99 was enacted in 2002 for fiscal years ending
in 2001. In February 2005, SENIAT started reviewing taxpayers’ compliance with
obligations for open years. Under a special audit program, the tax administration plans
to visit 70 multinational corporations to request additional information on PT-99.
Specifically, the tax authorities will verify compliance with formal duties and transfer
pricing documentation for fiscal years 2001, 2002, and 2003. Enterprises must respond
to the request within three to four days of receipt. In early March, five enterprises were
sanctioned on the basis of transfer pricing and value added tax infractions. The
companies forced to close were engaged in the food, pharmaceutical, and consumer
products sectors
Failure to provide the information requested within the stated period is considered a
failure to comply with a formal obligation and is subject to penalties, as well as the
possibility of closure. The penalties range from 10 to 50 Tax Units (UTs) (each UT is
equal to approximately US $11.50), for a possible maximum of US $683. Penalties for
inaccurate valuation or data inconsistencies range from 300 to 500 UTs, or a maximum
of US $6837. SENIAT’s recent actions have focused on taxpayers designated by the
Administration as "special." SENIAT categorizes some taxpayers as "special" when their
gross income exceeds a specified amount. Special taxpayers are required to comply
with different obligations aimed at keeping closer supervision over them.
So far, SENIAT has reviewed and penalized few enterprises; nonetheless, this development is certain to be a first step regarding transfer pricing audits.
SENIAT has also been involved in unprecedented activities whereby it has requested from enterprises in-depth information on technical assistance, trademarks, and intangibles contracts to ensure their accuracy. The tax authority is evaluating the substance
of transactions involving the transfer of intangible property, specifically, technical assistance services, know-how, and royalty agreements. In this regard, SENIAT has requested information such as financial studies that justify the need for the technical
services provided, and detailed explanations of activities and hours of service, studies showing the need for and impact of these services on the overall enterprise activity, and documents that support the services rendered.
In November 2004 a large oil services multinational was subject to an investigation encouraged by the National Securities Commission based on Item No. 8 (Related-Party Transactions) of their 1999 audited financial statements. This confirms that
government agencies other than the tax administration, including the Banking System Regulatory office (SUDEBAN), the National Securities Commission (CNV), the Foreign Investment Regulatory office (SIEX), and the Currency Exchange Administration
(CADIVI) have been actively monitoring transfer pricing Issues through currency requirements, contracts undersigning and other
publicly available information.
Since its inception in October 1999, Venezuela’s transfer pricing legislation has been modified to conform more closely to the OECD Guidelines. SENIAT has created a special unit to "supervise, coordinate and analyze resolutions [in regards to transfer pricing],"implemented the Form PT-99 requirement, and started to request that taxpayers provide further information in connection with these informative statements. Specifically, the data sought is necessary to validate the information provided in Form PT-99, and to review possible inconsistencies between different appendices to the statement. SENIAT has also requested resubmission of
appendices when the financial information had not been properly segmented between controlled and uncontrolled operations; details on cost structure, particularly in the case of service providers; and the appropriate selection of an arm’s length pricing
method.
During 2004, two months after taking office, Venezuela’s National Tax Commissioner announced SENIAT’s "Zero Evasion Plan," an intensive audit program intended to "persuade taxpayers about the need to comply with fiscal obligations…" Given the high levels
of tax evasion in the country, the tax administration has clearly adopted a more aggressive posture toward infractions. In the commissioner’s words, "We are going to initiate proceedings against any taxpayer evading taxes." Also as part of this initiative, the
administration plans to share information with tax administrations and other official organizations abroad in order to audit, among others, individual’s foreign bank accounts and imports and exports declared.

Financial supplement.Where to invest in a non-emerging economy.Venezuela a wealthy emerging economy has immense investment opportunities but under the legal, economical and political instability the risk is far too large for most investors. Only those who are courageous and can bear some losses are investing. The main ingredient to invest today in Venezuela is courage and the best asset well informed people. The Country has capacity but its economic activity is restricted at the present time.To success in business a good market research (location, costs, industry competitors, potential costumers, risks) and a projected cash flow (Internal Rate of Return, Present Value, Time length to repay initial investment). Once confirmed the business opportunity study deeper its legal structure, compare to other rates of return and opportunity costs. Be conscious in time frames, have a long term perspective, monitor your finances, keep updated financial statements. Good management in time will translate into profit to reinvest. But there are other less vigorous investments, though very limited due to the restriction on the domestic economy, some are:-Equity. Trading on the net or using brokerage houses. One good advice is to give your investment some time. Don't invest in equities with the intention to pull the money in months but years. Diversification is the tool against risk. The liability is that the actual situation of the Venezuelan capital market has too few outstanding stocks and is highly illiquid. Buying in domestic currency carries inflationary risk, and the only volatile shares seem to be: CANTV, EDELCA, Mercantil Financial Services. A better yet opportunity in the same area are the American Depositary Receipts ADR´s(CANTV, ELDAY), one of the last few ways to acquire US dollars is converting your domestic shares to foreign ADR and selling them, some call it the CANTV dollar. Converting your currency to a stronger one such as de US$ is a vital tool to protect your purchasing power, but is not truly an investment.A conservative investment is, buying non-deflationary goods, such as commodity contracts or Real State. -Corporate and Public Debt is nowadays the most widely used option. There are also far too few corporate issuers of commercial papers (those paid within the year) such as EDELCA, PROVENCES and Public Treasury Notes and ¨Pagarés¨ yielding an average of 7% maximum 12%. But our recommendation in the investment category are the instruments of Public Debt (DPN), such as the newly issued VeBono2008 and 2009, Bradys, Global10 and Global27 as the one with the most liquidity and better rate of return. These Government Bonds, used to restructure the Internal Debt, are paying the highest yield. Since the government is playing by far the biggest role in the economy it is understandable that its bonds are the ones traded the most. Some argue the good return of there bonds is due to the long term stronghold that Chavez has had and will have over its government and institutions and other speculate that is due to an eventual disappearance of Chavez from the political picture. The fact remains that an investment in US dollars seems more competitive than in domestic currency.Once we lived in a LDC, then in an emerging economy. Now we come across new barriers and a shortage of opportunities. The nation situation seems to be reversing, closing its economy; with virtually no investment and disappearance of an infant industry, the governmental common voice doesn’t reveal the underlying circumstances. Worse yet the lack of institutional autonomy and a large unplanned government spending are causes for the immense political risk we pointed out. Still there is hope in our investment scenario, being a wealthy oil producing country as long as the price of such commodity remains picking the Economic Risk of the government to pay its debt remains low. This country gifted location provides it with vast energy resources that position it between the wealthiest of the region. Even with production under spare capacity Venezuela should be a good economic performer given the 5 year long oil price boom, on the contrary its Economy is shocking and its perspectives are uncertain.The management of the economic policies is as appalling as the political transformation. There has been a tremendous fall in productive activity; Central Bank figures real GDP contraction of -9.24% last year, while private consultants’ figures can be as high as 16.7% in 2002 and 29% in 2003. The past two years GDP trend has been downward sloping. These sectors have been the most affected: -49.8% in Construction, -23.7% Commercial activity and a -20.5% in Manufacturing. The unemployment index for March is 4, 7 points higher than last years, averaging 19.8%, more astonishing if we consider that the regime is practicing a labor immobility law.Soft-Line Consultants (Banking specialists) calculate as of February 2003 a Total amount of deposits of Bs.30 billion 775 thousand million (72.68% yearly increase) quite disproportionate in comparison with the Total amount of Credits totallingBs.10 billion 71 thousand million (only just %13.99% yearly increase). Another outstanding figure is the 114,75% rise in the totting up of bonds and stocks investment counting for 17 billion 699 thousand million. Last year we had the at least double of the inflation than any other Latin-American country totaling 27.10% rate of inflation, followed by Uruguay with 10.19%. The indicators that remain positive due to regulation and control on currency exchange are the International Reserve funds and the Capital Markets given that there are no real foreign investment opportunities; but the FIEM (monetary stabilization fund) although it grew to a maximum in 2002 is once again at the lowest possible level, this fund was intended to cushion eventual oil price drops. To conjecture under which assumptions Chavez is basing his economic policies is a hopeless task. The US is the primary market for Venezuelan Oil, as long as Chavez remains fulfilling his quotas the Anti US rhetoric will be tolerated, so bilateral relations are still strong though clouded by chat talk. Even though his disastrous economic policies. If he is able to maintain oil production and resume it to higher levels once its price drops, he can be in for a long term, if he doesn’t become able the exit might be a violent one provoked by the extreme poverty. Back in 1921 the Canadian First World War pilot Jimmy Angel was hired by geologist and explorer of name J. R. McCracken, to search for gold where none had gone before. It was so that Jimmy Angel reached without map the area known today as Canaima and managed to land his plane on top of one of the Tepuis. McCracken proceeded out of the plane to pan a river and find it full of gold nuggets. The story goes that they loaded so much on the plane that when it nosed off the cliff it plunged a thousand of feet before Angel could level it. As they returned to Caracas Jimmy was paid the generous sum of 3000$. Angel became obsessed with the Rivers of Gold, but without the proper map it was hard to find his mountain. It wasn’t till 1933 that Angel while at his favorite Caracas bar claimed to have seen the highest waterfall in the world. He said that his altimeter read around 6.000 ft. A mile high waterfall. On a later flight, in 1937 Angel attempted landing on the Auyan-Tepui, but his small Flamingo plane, the ´Rio Caroní´ didn’t make it, and together with his wife and a Venezuelan explorer took him eleven days to find a way down the mountain, eventually reaching the Kamarata mission. Jimmy died in 1956, his ashes were scattered over the falls, and in 1970, the Venezuelan Air Force rescued the rusting ´Rio Caroní´ from the top of the Auyan. CANAIMA y su villa
CANAIMA and The Lagoon Village
It was established as a National Park in 1962. It has 3mm hectares. Canaima is bordered by the Rio Carrao, Rio Caroní and the Pakaraima and Roraima Range. The most famous tepuis are the Auyan (of the size of Menorca) and the Chimantá. The nearest city is Ciudad Bolivar. The park averages an annual temperature of 24.5oC, but on top of the summits it can be as cold as 0oC during the nights. The second semester of the year is considered the rainy season. Its native occupants are the ‘Pemon’ Indians. The settlement counts with more than a thousand people and everything there must be provided by plane. You must pay an entrance fee to the park of no more than 10.000Bs, and the guides can go as high as for 50$ a day, or as low as 20$. And food price is very reasonable. Your guide will get you to travel in the “curiaras” (hollow tree boats) around the lake, they fit anywhere from 10 to 30 people. The boat can be stationed in any of the rocks or sand banks inside the lake to sunbathe and you can even choose to get very close to any of the waterfalls nearby, named Salto el Acha, Salto El Sapo y Salto El Sapito. You can leave the boat and walk on top of the waterfalls or even behind the curtain of water; this is one of the camp’s best attractions. You can also hike around the many sabana trails, visit Indian villages or set off to a longer adventure up river to the angel falls. Despite the danger typical of a virgin savage reservoir, the National Park Institute (Imparques) has done a tremendous job ensuring the safety of the public like nowhere else. The main excursions are endowed with well prepared tracks and signs, the steep walks are provided with stairs and in all cases there is a handle bar to lean on. The leaders are well educated and dominate Basic English. There is a restriction on the areas you can visit, besides it is strongly recommended that your guide be aware of your location at all times. You will find plenty of guides as soon as you land in the airport, and they can show you the way around and get you accommodation in either of the hotels or the few newer posadas.

FLYING INTO CANAIMA NATIONAL PARK –
World heritage.Tepuis - Venezuela´s World Natural Wonder.
In the Venezuelan landscape, as mountains run into hills and hills into plains, as deserts melt into waters and rivers into deltas, the Canaima National Park’s Sand-Rock Table Plateaus rise defiantly against the skies. Separated from other natural forms, Canaima reminds its visitor about the God’s creation and the ages of the earth– One of the natural wonders of the World.The flight took no more than two hours. At a low altitude the sight of the Venezuelan plains with its haciendas and rows of trees offered a pleasing view. After midday, the air’s warmth caused turbulence, obligating us to fly higher at around 10.000 feet. The details blurred, but there it was the plenitude of the Venezuelan land with plains extending flat in any direction till the horizon; yet, it does not matter how high are you flying because, eventually, you will discern the Orinoco River, third widest in the world. When I looked at it, the sand banks betrayed that the Orinoco was low at this time of year and so would be the Guri lagoon and the Canaima´s jumps and rivers. December generally promises a better time to catch the full strength of waters. Soon afterwards, there was the city of Puerto Ordaz with its sordid industrial landscape. I could see a damp, diggings, and plenty of the factories standing at the edge of the Canaima National Park, reminding me of the fight of civilization against nature, of the storm before the calm. The Great Plain starts with undulating lowlands, then the Gran Sabana flat plateau at approximately 1000 meters above sea level, and, at last, the Tepuis´ summits reaching heights above the 2500 meters. The excitement of approaching the Tepuis is only equaled by the excitement of flying between them. Already hundreds of kilometers away the summits arise over the clouds as enormous shadows. The solid sand-stone plateaus draw an uneven line over the horizon. I was dreaming a documentary in front of my eyes; one without embellishments, special lenses or tricks. As we approached the Table Mountains the more Tepuis kept appearing to the southeast. It was the right time for the plane to start dropping some altitude. Seconds later, we all had our noses against the windows, and we began appreciating the summit’s pioneer vegetation atop the reddish Precambrian rocks, cliffs, cracks and walls. 600 million years of erosion and evolution produced extra smooth rocks, deep black-water ponds, freezing humid breezes and genetically diverse insects as if you were in another planet. Next, the plane dropped below the summits and we navigated the Devil´s Canyon with walls that appeared even taller than their 1.500 meters: the perfect preamble to the Angel Falls, the highest water falls in the world. And we had sight of it. Being the dry season, the Angel Falls stream drops more than a kilometer before it transforms itself into drizzle dew of all of colors of the rainbow. The sight evades description, take the height of twenty Niagara’s for instance. Or as it name captures its beauty remind us angel like forms and according to the locals, getting wet by the dew is really just touching the Angel’s wing. After enjoying the splendor of nature from the air it was time to land in the Canaima Lagoon Village and set the adventure on foot...
