Dont sweat the smail stuff

Make peace with imperfection
The need for perfection and the desire for inner tranquility conflict with each other. Gently remind yourself that life is okay the way it is, right now.
Let go of the idea that gentle, relaxed people can´t be superachievers.
Ay success that you do have is despite our fear, not because of it.
When you have what you want (inner peace), you are less distracted by your wants, needs, desires, and concerns. Its thus easier to concentrate, focus, achieve your goals, and to give back to others.
Be aware of the snowball effect of your thinking. Don´t ever feel sorry for yourself.
Develop your compassion. Compassion is a sympathetic feeling involving the intention and action, intention means you remember to open your heart, and action means what will you do about it.
“We cannot do great things on this earth. We can only do small things with great love” –Mother Teresa.
Remind yourself that when you die, your “in basket” won´t be empty.
Don´t interrupt other or finish their sentences. Learn to listen.
Do something nice for someone else, and don´t tell anybody.
Let others have the glory. Instead of saying “once I did something like that”, wait see what happens and say “that`s wonderful, tell me more”
Learn to live in the present moment.
Imagine that everyone is enlightened except you.
